AHP-CRITIC Combined WeightingTOPSIS Comprehensive EvaluationStreamlitTauri

Background
Water efficiency assessment for industrial agglomeration zones is a critical part of building a water-conservation society. Traditional assessment relies on manual scoring with strong subjectivity and poor comparability. This project builds an objective and quantitative assessment method that organically combines AHP subjective weighting with CRITIC objective weighting, producing comprehensive rankings via the TOPSIS model and providing data support for water conservation management in industrial parks.
Core Features
- Three-Tier Assessment System: park-wide → pipeline zoning → enterprise-by-enterprise, top-down drill-through
- AHP + CRITIC Combined Weighting: flexibly configure subjective and objective weight ratios via an adjustable α parameter
- TOPSIS Comprehensive Ranking: clear and comparable enterprise composite scores and grade classifications
- Custom Indicator System: support users in adding or removing assessment indicators based on actual needs
- Data Visualization: interactive charts present assessment results intuitively
- Excel Template Export: download a blank template, fill in your own data, and use it directly
Tech Stack
- Web Version: Streamlit for rapid interactive interface development
- Desktop Version: Tauri packaging with offline support
- Compute Engine: Python (Pandas, NumPy)
