Developer Toolset Quartet

Background

A large collection of automation scripts accumulated over daily development was eventually split from a single scripts repository into 4 standalone projects, each focused on one domain, sharing a unified architecture while evolving independently.

Four Repositories

doctools (17 scripts)

Document processing and data conversion:

• Word document batch processing (heading fixes, citation superscripts, numbering fixes)
• MD/DOCX bidirectional conversion workflow (template application + text fixes + figure caption centering)
• Excel data extraction and conversion
• LLM in-depth review (4-dimension review with Word annotation output)

devtools (10 scripts)

Development tools and infrastructure:

• repo_manager.py — Unified management of 29 repositories (audit/promote/sync)
• health_check.py — System health checks
• cf_api.py — Cloudflare API operations (DNS/Access)
• briefing system — Automatic daily information push delivery

mactools (11 scripts)

macOS daily productivity:

• File management (batch rename, directory cleanup, Downloads auto-classification)
• System management (window management, process monitoring, clipboard enhancements)

clashx (6 scripts)

ClashX proxy management:

• Configuration switching, node speed testing, rule updates

Technical Architecture

• Unified structure: scripts/category/ + lib/ + raycast/commands/
• Raycast wrappers: each CLI script maps to a Raycast shortcut command
• Shared library: common Python utility functions
