Daily Briefing Auto-Push System

Background

Every morning I need to review the day's schedule, todos, weather, and project updates. Manually checking multiple sources is inefficient, so I built a fully automated briefing system.

Architecture

Mac (cron) → Collect local data → SSH push to VPS
VPS (cron) → Render HTML template → Send via Gmail API

Data Sources

• System calendar events
• Claude Code session summaries (cclog MCP)
• Git repository activity (recent commits)
• Weather forecast (API)
• Todos (Apple Reminders)

Rendering and Delivery

• Jinja2 HTML templates with responsive email format
• Gmail API delivery (OAuth2 authentication)
• VPS scheduled task (daily at 7:00 AM)
